Parents check results on your own website
Portal Lite adds students, results and fees to your site. Upload scores from Excel and every parent can see a printable report card.

- Reg number plus PIN. No one can guess the next child’s number and see their result.
- Fees and receipts. Record payments, print receipts and see who still owes. You can hold back results until fees are paid.

Why is there a yearly fee if I pay once?
Your website needs hosting, a domain, SSL and updates every year. The yearly fee covers all of that plus support, and it is far less than a term of a full school management system. The first year is included.
Can our staff update the website without a developer?
Yes. Your admin logs in, changes text and photos, posts news and events, and presses Publish. It works on a phone, and visitors only see changes after you publish.
Can we use our own domain name?
Yes. You start on yourschool.myeduark-sites.com, and we connect your own domain, such as yourschool.com.ng, before go-live. SSL is included.
How do parents check results?
On your website’s Check result page, using the child’s reg number and a result PIN. You can print PINs on fee receipts or sell result-checker cards, and you can hold back results until fees are paid.
What if we later want the full EduArk?
You can move up at any time. Students, classes, results and fee records move across, your result links point to EduArk, and your website keeps running.
Is our students’ data safe?
Each school’s data is kept separate and access is by staff login with fixed roles. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
